SEO is by definition a dynamic concept. The business owner is not always able to spend the time necessary to follow the trends so he or she needs to follow a best practise.The following tips have always and probably will always be good for your website.

• Use good page titles. Keep it short and sweet and preferably use your keywords. Remember that search engines will probably display it in the search results so that it needs to be sensible and enticing.
• Build your site to reflect content and keywords. Group pages in folders that reflect the content. Use image names that reflect the content. Use keywords and disguised <h> tags in your editorial.
• Use text links to pages that you wish search engines to find.
• Provide a dynamic (content guaranteed to be accessible) sitemap.
• Don't cheat!!
